30 Days of Balance: Find Your THRIVE zone

How would it feel if you were living in balance? Ever feel like life is living you? I know from personal experience that when it comes to finding and maintaining life balance, the struggle is real!

Join me for a 30-Day commitment focused on getting your life in balance in order to achieve success in your personal and professional lives. As a nutritional health coach, I know that eating well is often impacted by so many other factors in our lives. We will delve into the importance of four over-arching concepts that I call primary foods, which are much deeper than the food on your plate. Primary foods include relationships, physical activity, a fulfilling career, and a spiritual practice. What we focus on, we tend to accomplish. Take this time for yourself in order to thrive, not just survive! You will reach new heights after this eye-opening month of personal growth.

In 30 days you will:

  • Become clear on which areas of your life need time and attention
  • Develop stress reduction practices
  • Implement time management strategies to foolproof your commitment to your own intentions
  • Become comfortable with making positive incremental steps to living in balance
  • Reset your perfection mindset
